The Armed Police Force has detained two people with 47 grams and 9 milligrams of brown sugar from a hotel near the gate of Tribhuvan International Airport today.
Based on the special information of the Intelligence Bureau of the Armed Police Force, 40-year-old Mohammad Akhtar Mia of Sirha Municipality-8 of Siraha and 42-year-old Saman Yadav of Kamala Municipality-8 of Dhanusha have been detained, Armed Police Spokesperson Kalidas Dhoubji informed.
They were arrested while preparing to buy and sell from Darshan Namaste Inn Hotel. Preliminary investigation has revealed that they have been bringing drugs from different places in Dhanusha and selling them in Kathmandu for a long time.
