The police have arrested a man on the charge of cheating by saying that he will be sent to Croatia.
42-year-old Suvarna Kumar Bal of Dhyanglekh Rural Municipality-3 of Sindhuli, Nagarjun Municipality of Kathmandu, was arrested by the police. Suvarna took 350,000 rupees from 4 victims saying he would send them to Croatia and became uncontactable.
He was arrested from Kathmandu Metropolitan City-15 by a team deployed from Kathmandu Valley Crime Investigation Office Teku based on a complaint. The police said that he has been sent to Foreign Employment Department Tahachal Kathmandu for necessary investigation and action.
