Central Police Spokesperson Vinod Ghimire informed that 53-year-old Indian citizen Meena Surjitsingh Khemani was arrested. 

Niz Khemani, who came to Kathmandu from Sharjah by Air Arabia flight, was arrested at the tunnel gate of the arrival customs area of ​​the airport with a semi-solid substance that looks like gold weighing about 1 kg and 159 grams.

The police found and arrested three gold nuggets wrapped in plastic and arrested them and they are conducting further investigation in this regard, said spokesperson Ghimire .
