Two people who cheated by saying that they will be sent to America and Britain were arrested

The police have arrested two people on the charge of defrauding money by saying that they will send money to the US and UK after being lured by the attractive salary for foreign employment.

Those arrested are 51-year-old Rajkumar Manandhar of Nuwakot Vidur Municipality-4 living in Kathmandu Metropolitan City-16 and Om Bahadur Khatri, 40 years old of Rupandehi Tilottama Municipality-2 living in Kathmandu Metropolitan City-14. 

Among the arrests, Raj Kumar took 35 lakh 69 thousand from three people saying he would send them to America and Om Bahadur took 675 thousand 6 lakh from one person saying he would send them to Britain. Based on the victim's complaint, police deployed from Kathmandu Valley Crime Investigation Office Teku arrested Rajkumar from Kathmandu Metropolitan City-16 and Om Bahadur from Kathmandu Metropolitan City-12. 

Rajkumar has been sent to District Police Complex Kathmandu and Om Bahadur to Foreign Employment Department Tahachal Kathmandu for necessary investigation and action. 

Similarly, police have arrested 23-year-old Khagendra Bishta of Kanchanpur Bhimadat Municipality-14, who lives in Kathmandu Metropolitan City-10 and who is a fugitive defendant in a fraud case. He was absconding in the said case and was arrested from Kathmandu Metropolitan Municipality-10 Madhya Baneshwar by the police assigned from the Kathmandu Valley Crime Investigation Office. He has been sent to District Police Office Kanchanpur for necessary investigation and action. 

The police arrested 26-year-old Raju Mizar of Nuwakot Panchkanya Rural Municipality-2, who lives in Balkhu, Kathmandu Metropolitan Municipality-14 with 73,900 tablets of the controlled drug Tramadol near the fruit market in Kuleshwar. 

The police stationed from District Police Complex Kathmandu and Police Circle Kalimati searched the car number UP 78 CB 9835 which was stopped in the empty land at the same place and found the drug hidden in the false bottom of the car door and hidden inside the oxygen cylinder in the trunk and arrested him.
