The police have arrested two absconding defendants in the banking crime case. Those arrested are Neha Adhikari of Lalitpur Mahalakshmi Municipality-5 and Savina Shakya of Gorkha Municipality-4 Pokharithok, Gorkha of Kathmandu Metropolitan Municipality-26 Samakhushi.
According to the police, Neha, who was absconding after an arrest warrant was issued by District Court Kathmandu and District Court Lalitpur, was arrested from Lalitpur Mahalakshmi Municipality-5 and Savina, who was absconding after an arrest warrant was issued by District Court Kathmandu, was arrested from Kathmandu Metropolitan Municipality-28 Dillibazar.
Among the arrests, Neha has been sent to District Police Complex Lalitpur and Savina to District Police Complex Kathmandu for necessary investigation and action, the police said.
