Nepal Police has arrested an Indian citizen from Tribhuvan International Airport with 8 kg 855 grams of narcotic marijuana.
Among those arrested is 28-year-old Indian citizen Sandeep Kuvatumola Unni Central Police Spokesperson and Deputy Inspector General of Police Dinesh Kumar Acharya informed.
He said, 'He who came from Bangkok to Kathmandu via Thai Air flight was arrested on Sunday after the result of marijuana was found during screening in the X-ray machine at the customs area of the international airport.'
Police said that the arrested person was made public today and sent to Narcotics Control Bureau Koteshwar for further investigation.
