The Armed Police Force has arrested two people with drugs. 21-year-old Sagar Shrestha of Khotang Lamidanda-7 and 45-year-old Lakshmi Pariyar of Chitwan Bharatpur Metropolitan Municipality-5 Kholesimal were arrested with about 7 kilograms of the drug called Poland, DSP Shailendra Thapa, Co-Spokesperson of the Armed Police Force informed.

 

DSP Thapa said that they were arrested from Kathmandu Metropolitan City-9, Sinamangal on Thursday based on a special information of the Armed Police Force Intelligence Bureau that they were buying and selling drugs.

According to Thapa, two motorcycles used by the arrested person, six mobile phones and cash have also been seized. Earlier, the armed police had arrested three people with 5/5 kg of poland from Naya Basti in Gokarneshwar Municipality-6 Jorpati in Kathmandu on February 1 and from Koteshwar in Kathmandu Metropolitan Municipality-32 on August 22.
