370 people have been prosecuted for causing trouble to passengers inside the new bus park in Gongbu.

The umbrella organization of transport professionals across the country, the National Federation of Nepal Transport Professionals has informed that action will be taken against those who cause unnecessary trouble to passengers in a program organized at the new bus park on Sunday for the construction of a safe bus park.

Federation President Vijay Bahadur Swaran said that Nepal Police, transport professionals and transport workers are equally responsible for making the country's national bus park safe and passenger-friendly.

The senior vice president of the federation, Saroj Sitaula, emphasized that the act of pulling passengers' bags indiscriminately at the new bus park and causing unnecessary suffering to the passengers should be stopped .

Head of Police Circle Maharajgunj, Deputy Superintendent of Police Niranjan Thapa mentioned that the police are working to make the National Bus Park safe and dignified. 

Head of Police Division Naya Bus Park, Police Inspector Rajan Khadka informed that eight people who were arrested in the current financial year have been prosecuted.

New bus park is currently operating public transport in 70 districts across the country. Pankaj Malla, Head of Human Resources of Lotse Multi-Purpose Pvt. Ltd., which operates the New Bus Park, requested everyone to coordinate with the staff for safe travel as uniforms and identity cards have been arranged for the employees working inside the New Bus Park.
