The Nepal Electricity Authority is going to cut electricity in Satung and other areas of Kathmandu today.
The authority has published a notification and said that there will be power cuts in the areas of Kanchan Gate, Bosigaon, Wothali, Satungal Chowk and other areas under Balambu Feeder for the purpose of increasing the capacity of conductors.
The authority has also apologized for the inconvenience caused to the customers due to the power cut in those places from 11 am to 4 pm today. It is mentioned in the notice that if the work is completed before the scheduled time, the electricity will flow before the scheduled period.
Similarly, Moolpani substation construction project has also informed that electricity flow will be stopped in Baneshwar distribution center, Maharajganj distribution center, Ratnapark, Jorpati, Balaju and Kuleshwar distribution center by this evening.
The authority has informed that the electricity flow to the distribution centers will be stopped till this evening for technical work at the substation under construction.
