One person died and two others were injured when three motorcycles coming from opposite directions collided in Suryavinayak Municipality-9 Nalinchok last night.

According to Bhaktapur District Traffic Police Complex, 21-year-old Timba Dorje Tamang of Ramechhap Sunapati Rural Municipality-4 died in the accident. He was seriously injured and died during treatment at Iwamura Hospital.

The condition of 24-year-old Sajan Tamang of Suryavinayak Municipality-9 Kakrabari is critical. He is being treated at Madhyapur Hospital in Thimi.

Similarly, 39-year-old Tikaram Shrestha of Ramechhap Manthali Municipality-11, who was injured in the accident, has returned home after treatment.
