Two people who cheated by saying 'I will send them to Malaysia and Croatia' were arrested

On Monday, the police arrested 2 people on charges of defrauding money by saying that they would send money to Malaysia and Croatia under the lure of attractive salary in foreign employment.

Among those arrested are 54-year-old Lil Bahadur Rai, resident of Udaipur Triyuga Municipality-11 and Lalitpur Mahalakshmi Municipality-5, and 37-year-old Vishal Shrestha, resident of Kathmandu Metropolitan Municipality-23 Basantpur.  

Among those arrested, Lil Bahadur took 2 lakh rupees from 2 victims saying he would send them to Malaysia and Vishal took 150 thousand rupees from 1 victim saying he would send them to Croatia and remained incommunicado based on the complaints of the victims that the police deployed from Kathmandu Valley Crime Investigation Office Teku arrested Lil Bahadur from Kathmandu Battisputli and Vishal from Kathmandu Teku.

  According to the police, they have been sent to Foreign Employment Department Tahachal Kathmandu for necessary investigation and action.
