Nepal Police has detained two people on the charge of indecent behavior towards their employees who are on regular patrol. On this January 24th, Kathmandu Metropolitan City-26 Thamel, they assaulted the police while trying to negotiate.
Dinesh Sigdel of Taplejung and Ramesh Phulara of Dadeldhura were arrested near Tribhuvan International Airport on Sunday 27th of January, Information Officer of District Police Complex Kathmandu, Superintendent of Police Appelraj Bohra informed. They also vandalized the police motorcycle on patrol.
The police said that both the arrested persons are being investigated for the crime related to indecent behavior by the District Administration Office Kathmandu with an extension of five days. They are under the custody of police circle Darbarmarg and the police are conducting further investigation.
