Police arrested 45-year-old Bishnu Lopchan, resident of Parsa Thori Rural Municipality-4 and resident of Kathmandu Gokarneshwar Municipality-5, on the charge of defrauding money by saying that he would send money to Japan under the temptation of attractive salary in foreign employment.
Based on the victim's complaint that Vishnu had taken one million rupees from one victim saying that he would send it to Japan, and had no contact, the police deputed from the Kathmandu Valley Crime Investigation Office Teku arrested him from Lalitpur, Lalitpur Metropolitan City-15 .
He has been sent to Foreign Employment Department Tahachal Kathmandu for necessary investigation and action.
