The police have arrested 2 people for their involvement in the gold sikri robbery. Among those arrested are Gore Tamang of Dhading Dhunibensi Municipality-2 and Nagarjuna Municipality-4 and Krishna Prasad Shrestha alias Babu of Kathmandu Metropolitan Municipality-15 Vijeshwari.

According to the police, a 72-year-old woman living in Tokhel, Nagarjuna Municipality-6, was wearing a 2 tola gold Sikri bearing motorcycle number Ba96 P5717. They ran away after looting on Thursday afternoon. Both of them were arrested by a team from the police station Swayambhu. The police said that further investigation is going on in this regard.
