A person was found dead near the goal post in Tundikhel, Kathmandu.

45-year-old Badri Prasad Silwal, a resident of Makwanpur, was found dead near the goal post in Tundikhel, Kathmandu Metropolitan City-22, according to Kathmandu spokesperson and Superintendent of Police Navraj Adhikari, who opened the district police complex with his Nepali citizenship certificate.

He said, 'There was a small knife on the side of his left hand and a pool of blood under his left hand, and the police team deployed from the Police Department Jan Seva and Police Complex Kathmandu needed to investigate the incident  Action is being taken.' 

The spokesperson said that the body was sent to Maharajgunj Teaching Hospital for post-mortem examination.
