Three people have been arrested on the charge of cheating by saying that they will send them to different countries in the lure of attractive salary for foreign employment.
Those arrested are Dhirendra Chaudhary of Chitwan Rapti Municipality-7 and Lalitpur Metropolitan Municipality-15, Rajkumar Mahara of Dhanushadham Municipality-7 of Dhanusha and Kathmandu Metropolitan Municipality-7 and Chandra Blon of Makwanpur Indrasarovar Rural Municipality-3 and Kathmandu Metropolitan Municipality-15.
According to the police, among those arrested, Dhirendra took Rs 348,000 from the victim saying he would send it to Canada, Raj Kumar said he would send it to Kuwait and Rs 190,000 and Chandra said he would send it to Malta.
The Foreign Employment Department, Tahchal Police, said that for the necessary investigation and action against those arrested.
