A Falcha-style bus stand has been put into operation in Baneshwar area under the Araniko highway. On Tuesday, President of Kathmandu Metropolitan City-10 Ramkumar KC inaugurated the Falcha bus stop.
Speaking after the inauguration program, President KC mentioned that the Baneshwar area is the center of political agitation and said that the properties should not be damaged during the agitation. He said that it is everyone's responsibility to protect public property. He mentioned that a model bus stop was made using traditional construction materials and style and said that such structures should not be affected by political movements. KC said that it is necessary for everyone from the locals to be careful for the protection of the stop.
He said, "Baneshwar area is the center of political movement". Whatever the movement, these structures should not be damaged. We have built a model bus stop using traditional construction materials and style. I would like to request the political parties that such structures should not fall victim to the political movement.
