The body of 32-year-old Manjaya Sada, of Bishnupur Rural Municipality-6, Gorgama, Saptari, who died in Malaysia, will be brought to Nepal at the company's expense. The agreement was reached between the Nepali Embassy in Kuala Lumpur and the Keylang-based Flash Company, where Sada works, on Tuesday.

According to the agreement, the company will bear all the expenses incurred in sending the body to Nepal and the body will be returned through a casket company. The embassy has stated that the company has started work on the death certificate, postmortem and police report, as well as other procedures to be carried out by the hospital and government agencies there. After receiving the death certificate, the necessary relationship certificate and necessary details of the person who will receive the body will be requested from Nepal. Only then will the body be sent to Nepal after completing additional work including ticket booking. However, since the deceased Sada, who was working illegally, does not have a passport, there is a problem in identifying the body. It may take more time to send the body as DNA testing has to be done, otherwise it will take up to 2 weeks to complete the additional procedures, the embassy has stated.

The deceased Sada had gone to Malaysia 12 years ago for employment. However, as stated, Sada, who did not receive work and salary, had left his job there and was working at a flash company through Tafaddal Security Sdn Bhd under the name ‘Rajiv Bahadur’. Sada, who suddenly fell seriously ill four weeks ago, was admitted to the Tengku Ampuan Rahimah Hospital in Keylang. Sada died on Thursday, Chaitra 26 during treatment.

‘Ikantipur’ had made public the issue of the family, who were further worried after not being able to raise a total of Rs 700,000 including treatment expenses and other expenses.
