The Armed Police Force (APF) on Friday arrested two people with undisclosed amounts of money from the Sofiamai border area of ​​Rajdevi Municipality-8, Rautahat. One of the arrested is an Indian. 

A border patrol team deployed from the Armed Police Force Nepal BOP Belbichwa stopped and checked an Indian motorcycle (BR 06 A 6292) coming from India to Nepal from the eastern side of the Sofiamai border area. They arrested Nazir Nat of Sitamarhi, India, and Mumtaz Ansari of Sarlahi, India, with an undisclosed amount of Rs 522,490, informed DSP Premsagar Bista, the head of the Armed Police Force Nepal Border Security Force (APF) Gaur. 

After the arrests, the Armed Police Force questioned both of them about the source of the money. After both of them failed to reveal the source,  DSP Bista said that they were handed over to the Gaur Customs Office for necessary action.
