Sushil Kumar Kanu, a candidate of the Rastriya Swatantra Party, has been elected as a member of the House of Representatives from Parsa Constituency No. 2.
According to the final results, Kanu has won by securing 30,740 votes. His nearest competitor, Ajay Kumar Chaurasia of the Nepali Congress, has secured 11,890 votes. Rima Kumari Yadav of the UML has secured 11,650 votes.
Kanu has won as a member of the House of Representatives by creating a wide margin of 18,850 votes over his opponent. The Returning Officer has confirmed Kanu's election.
