Lions Club's John Person Umesh Kumar Mahato said that a team including club governor Keshar Bahadur Bhandari is distributing sirak and mats to various villages in Madhesh.
Mahato said that Lions Club Bardibas has distributed sirak and mats to 80 households in the model Musahar settlement in Bardibas-14, Bardibas 2 and 14, as well as other settlements in Gaushala.
Lions Club Bardibas has stated that warm clothes have been distributed to families in the ward office and poor settlements. The club has stated that it has reached Lahan, Mirchaiya in Siraha, Dhalkebar in Dhanusha, Janakpur and various places in Mahottari and provided relief to those suffering from the cold.
Governor Bhandari said that all clubs under Lions International 325 F are active in distributing warm clothes in view of the cold wave in the Terai.
