The District Police Office, Gaur, has reported that Radha Krishna Upadhyay, 52, of Hetauda Sub-Metropolitan City-8, has been arrested on charges of forging 24 plots of land measuring 9 bighas, 18 katthas, 15 dhurs in Katahariya Municipality-1 and registering them in his name.
