Two people died and 41 people were injured in a passenger bus accident at Bardiwas 11 Khairmara on October 17. According to the victim, among the 4 injured from the same family of Bardiwas 11 Khairmara, 41-year-old Geethakumari Vishwakarma, 22-year-old son Hiralal, daughter-in-law Buddhimaya and niece Sunita Vishwakarma are being treated at Bhaktapur International Hospital.
Similarly, 40-year-old Dirjaman Gole, 40-year-old from Bardiwas 10, his wife Nirmala Tamang, 44, and daughter Asmita Gole, 16, and Bina Bisunkhe, 23, Bardiwas 11, are undergoing treatment at the National Trauma Center. The victim said that two patients are being treated in Patan Hospital.
Ishwarpur 12 Gharibathan bus owner and driver Navraj Baral was taken into custody by the police, Gopal Bal, chairman of Bardiwas 11, said that the highway was agreed to be opened after a tripartite dialogue was held with the victims, the transport business association and the vehicle operators on Monday.
