Two patients with symptoms of diarrhea have died in Parsa.

Spokesperson of Narayani Hospital, Birganj Dr. Udayanarayan Singh informed that a patient who developed symptoms of diarrhea died on Saturday. He said that the patient died before being tested for cholera.  

Similarly, it is said that another patient who was being treated at Birganj Health Care died on Friday. The health office said that it has not been possible to check whether his death was due to cholera or not.

'Dedicated beds' to be treated

The District Health Crisis Management Committee has directed that 'dedicated beds' be allocated to treat cholera and diarrhea patients in all hospitals here. 

Chief District Officer Suman Kumar Karki presided over the meeting held today to allocate sufficient 'dedicated beds' for the treatment of cases of cholera infection and manpower  All hospitals have been instructed to manage.  Prazia Karki informed that the

meeting decided to start a public awareness door-to-door program in coordination with all concerned agencies for the prevention of diarrhoea.

In order to prevent Vibrio cholera bacteria, which is responsible for diarrhea and cholera, an awareness campaign will be conducted in coordination with security agencies, local levels, political parties, professional organizations, Nepal Red Cross Society, and non-governmental organizations. is.
