During the Madhesh movement, Devendra Yadav, who absconded on charges of murdering Asai of the armed police, joined the Congress, and his membership was canceled on the second day. Yadav's membership was revoked on Friday by Congress President Sher Bahadur Deuba and General Minister Bishwa Prakash Sharma in Kathmandu on Thursday.
Congress Joint General Minister Mahendra Yadav, Congress Madhesh Pradesh President Krishna Yadav, Mahottari House of Representatives Member Mahendra Kumar Rai and Congress Mahottari President Nageshwar Yadav reached Kathmandu and admitted Yadav, who is on the fugitive list on the charge of murdering the armed police, into the party. Nageshwar Yadav, President of Congress Mahottari, said that he was admitted to the party because there was no information about him being on the absconding list on charges of murder, and after the information came, the membership was revoked on Friday. Yadav said that the membership given by the Congress on Thursday was canceled on Friday.
Sadbhavana joined the Rajpa and joined the Madhesh movement. In the parliamentary elections of 2074, he ran as an independent candidate in the House of Representatives after not getting a ticket from RJP. After becoming an independent candidate, Yadav, who did not belong to any party, joined the Congress with the aim of getting help in the case.
After entering the party and not returning to the district, Devendra Yadav said that he was sued for political revenge in the movement for rights and that he would move forward to settle the case from the court. Rameh Prasad Sah, Savindra Chaudhary, Chandeshwar Sah, Raja Chaudhary, Devendra Chaudhary, Naresh Sah, Golu Sah, Hariom Kumar Bhagat, Ravindra Ram Chamar, Ranjit Sah, Vicky Sah, Phule Yadav, Rohit Kumar Sharma, Lalbabu Win, Shambhu Sah, Anit Thakur, Anil Thakur and others are absconding in the case of killing Yadav.
In the same case, the Mahottari District Court has ordered life imprisonment to 7 people including LOSPA MP Abhiram Sharma. Mahottari District Court on 28 November 2080, the bench of Judge Uddhav Prasad Bhattarai sentenced the accused Sanjay Kumar Sah, Pradeep Sah Majhi, Mohan Thakur, Abhiram Sharma, Dharmendra Rai, Ramshankar Mishra and Suresh Pandey to life imprisonment. Even those who have been sentenced to life imprisonment are absconding. Absconded and appealed to the High Court Janakpur. Their appearance has been postponed several times. UML acquitted Pawan Kapar along with MP Koiri in the Vick murder case.
072 On 25th August, Armed Police Force District Command Post Security Base Camp Jaleshwar Mahottai, Armed Police Assistant Inspector Thaman Vick was detained by Madhesi Morcha workers and beaten with sticks, sticks and punches and seriously injured. During the Madhesh movement, on August 25, 1972, the protestors killed Vic. 3 years after the murder, on 075 July 28, a case was registered against 28 people for duty killing and 25 people for arson.
