"All the complaints are not true," he said, "it seems that some of the complaints are faked by the debtors." Out of the files that have been opened so far, 20 percent are fake complaints.'

Chief District Officer (CDO) of Dhanusha Shankarhari Archay said that only the discussion is going on by calling the complainants and the alleged perpetrators. Regularly 4/5 complaints are discussed. However, due to the absence of agreement from both sides, the number of renewals seems to be very low," CDO Archay said, "We cannot put pressure on any party. We have only done things to make things easier.'' He said that the number of police officers who work according to the number of complaints is less and the percentage of relief is lower. He said that three policemen are working to resolve the dispute of unfair transactions.
