Madhes State Chief Sumitra Subedi Bhandari has certified two bills that were passed by the Madhes Provincial Assembly and presented for certification.

According to Article 201 of the Constitution of Nepal, she certified the 'Bill made to implement the financial proposals of the Madhes Province Government' and the 'Bill made to arrange the allocation and expenditure of funds from the Madhes Province Reserve Fund for the financial year 2082/83'.
