Alleging that middlemen dominate the budget and that MPs' plans have been thwarted, the opposition parties of the Madhesh state assembly disrupted the meeting of the state assembly on Monday as well.

After Speaker Ramchandra Mandal's announcement that the State Assembly meeting, which started about an hour and a half late, the MPs of the opposition party stood up. Janata Samajwadi Party Nepal MP Surita Sah demanded that the budget brought by the Madhesh state government should be rewritten saying that the middleman dominated and the distribution of the budget was not agreed.

Chief Minister Satish Kumar Singh and most of his cabinet ministers were present in the meeting of the state assembly. Sunita Kumari Yadav, MP of the opposition party Maoist (Centre) protested that the plan recommended by the local level and the state MP was not included in the budget and the budget was brought based on the middleman's plan.

CPN (S) MP Benchi Lungeli alleged that the budget was poured into the districts and areas with big leaders and other areas were neglected. This is a budget dominated by middlemen. 5-10 lakhs have been included in the budget,' she said, 'so the budget should be rewritten.' "The plans of local bodies and state parliamentarians have been removed," she said, "so I make the party's opinion clear here - we will not allow the meeting to proceed peacefully if the budget is not rewritten."
