Today, one person died in the collision of a train going from Janakpurdham to Jayanagar in Deuri Bara station to East railway line.
According to district police spokesperson Varun Bahadur Singh, 40-year-old Vinod Sah of Laxminia Rural Municipality-2 Sinurjoda died in a train collision on Jayanagar Janakpur Kurtha Railway.
The police said, quoting the railway staff, that the person who was walking on the railway line wearing earphones did not listen even after honking the horn several times. He was hit by a train and died when he did not listen to the horn. The police said that further investigation is being done on the
incident.
