The Janata Samajwadi Party (JSP) Nepal has held a village council meeting by stopping teaching in public schools.

The convention was conducted on Thursday at Janata National Primary School in Katti, Ward No. 5 of Bishnupur Rural Municipality of Saptari. According to the election schedule of the session, the voter list was published at 9 am. After that, the school was closed and the children returned home. When the students of the school were sent back home, where classes are taught from class 1 to 5, the teaching has been affected.

Babita Kumari Yadav, the headmistress of the school, said that she was forced to follow the instructions of the public representative and that she had given leave before the school time. "After the ward president told me about holding a session in the school, I left at around 10 o'clock," she said, "We are obliged to obey the people's representatives, I am also obliged." Otherwise, we have always taught until 12 o'clock.' According to him, the scholarship distribution program has also been partially affected due to school holidays.

Jivch Mandal, the ward president elected from JSP Nepal, responded that even though he was preparing to hold the session after school leave, Bhulwas was held during school hours. The village president Umesh Prasad Yadav is also participating in the ongoing protest by closing the school. He was also elected from JSP Nepal.

Ramendra Yadav, head of the education branch of the rural municipality, said that he was not aware of the issue of the session being held during school hours.
