The Armed Police Force Parsa has seized 7,500 banned chickens that were smuggled in from neighboring India.

This morning, a team deployed from Armed Police Force Parsa seized 75 cartons i.e. 7,500 broiler chickens which were illegally smuggled from India and brought to Nepal on three motorcycles with Indian number plates from Bahudarmai Municipality-5 Dakaila Chowk.

Armed Police Force Nepal Parsa Information Officer Devendra Bahadur Singh informed that the seized banned chicken chicks were destroyed in the presence of quarantine office representatives, local public representatives and media persons. It is said that preparations are being made to hand over the motorcycle used in the Challa Paithari operation to Birgunj Customs Office for investigation.
