Four persons, including a minor, have been arrested on the charge of kidnapping Sudhir Prasad Sah of Kalaiya sub-metropolitan-18.
District Police Office Parsa Information Officer Subas Bhatt said that the kidnapped Sah was rescued from a house in Birgunj Mahanagar-12 Murli on Tuesday night and Rikesh Kumar and Rajan Gupta and Sikendra Sah of Sakhuwaprasauni Rural Municipality were arrested in the kidnapping. The details of the minors in custody have not been made public.
Parsa District Court on Wednesday allowed five days of detention and investigation in the crime related to body hostage, Information Officer Bhatta said.
