It has been revealed that the Dalit girl who was found dead in suspicious circumstances in Surunga Municipality-7 of Saptari on Tuesday was subjected to sexual violence three years and five months ago. Surunga-7, she was found dead on Tuesday, one kilometer away from her house, covered with leaves.
The family has filed a complaint with the police on Wednesday saying that he was murdered. Magai, a trained dog from the state police office, Janakpurdham, has been investigated.

"We have arrested the teenager who was sentenced in the previous case and who was also suspected in the latest incident from the village on Tuesday," Saptari SP Dhakendra Khatiwada said. "The juvenile who was sentenced at that time might have been angry about that incident," said the investigating police, "he is being investigated under suspicion." According to the preliminary investigation of the police, he returned to the village only a week ago. "The suspect was found dead less than a week after he returned to the village, who was on the run after being punished," a police source said, adding that more details will come as the teenager has been arrested.
