The professors and employees of Madhesh Agricultural University in Rajviraj have again protested since Sunday.
The professors and employees have started a protest by 'pen down' since last August saying that they are having trouble running their household due to non-payment of salary. Due to this movement, there is a possibility that the studies of students studying in the university will be affected .
Earlier on February 1, the professors and staff had locked the administrative building of the university saying that they had not been paid.
The lock was opened on February 10th after the decision to adopt the necessary procedure to pay the employees was made in the all-party meeting held at the District Coordination Committee Saptari in the presence of Madhesh Chief Minister and University Chancellor Satish Kumar Singh .
In the university senate meeting held on February 20, the majority of the vice-chancellor Dr. After the decision to dismiss Vaidyanath Mahato and Registrar Shri Bhagwan Thakur, the controversy in the university flared up again . He added, 'As soon as we get the authority, we will pay the salary of the employees . We are also in trouble with the staff as we have not received salary since August.'
The education of the students studying in the university has been affected again after the employees downed their pen on Sunday without getting their salaries .
