Four inspectors, including the assistant head of the center, have been removed from their duties for acting against the norms in the Secondary Education Examination (SEE). The meeting of the SEE Examination Coordinating Committee held on Saturday evening under the chairmanship of Chief District Officer of Parsa Ganesh Aryal (PRA) decided to remove them from the responsibility.
Prazia Aryal said that Munilal Karna, the center president of Maisthan Vidyapith Secondary School, Birganj, did not seem to have taken sufficient precautions and vigilance in observing the dignity and discipline of the examination, so it was decided to alert him. He said that since the activities of Jay Prakash Sarraf, the assistant head of the same center, were suspicious, it was decided not to allow him to enter the examination center during the examination period.
The meeting has decided to draw the attention of the head of the center in writing as unauthorized persons including parent association were seen entering the Nepal National Secondary School, Masihani and Nepal National Secondary School, Nichuta examination center. Similarly, teacher Lal Babu Yadav, who was posted as an inspector at the Nepal National Secondary School, Masihani Center, has decided to remove him from the responsibility of the inspector as he has acted against the norms of the examination.
The meeting instructed the center president to remove Dhamendra Pandey and Rambalak Yadav, who also teach in institutional schools of Siddharth Secondary School, Sugar Factory Birganj Examination Center, from the responsibility of inspectors. Prazia Aryal informed that since it was found that question papers for grade enhancement were given to the regular candidates at the Sundarmal Ramkumar Girls Secondary School Veerganj examination center and regular type question papers were distributed to the candidates for grade enhancement, it was decided to mobilize the officials of the local level education branch to facilitate the administration of the examination including the distribution of question papers. The
meeting has instructed the exam centers to make arrangements to open the question papers exactly 20 minutes before the exam time.
