Janamat Party has suspended Central Treasurer Surendra Narayan Yadav. Alleging financial irregularities and fraud and conspiracy against the party, the party has suspended the treasurer for seven days asking for an explanation.

The treasurer was suspended on the eve of the full meeting of the party's central committee at Bardiwas in Mahottari from Sunday.

The public poll has accused treasurer Yadav of collecting crores of rupees from more than 60 workers, leaders and area in-charges of non-resident Madhesi Sangh who are living abroad without the knowledge and permission of the party, in the name of investment shares and loans, along with former president of the Sangh, Engineer Basant Kumar Kuswaha and Engineer Shambhunath Sah.

The member secretary of the party's disciplinary committee, Anita Kumari Mandal, sent a letter to the treasurer Yadav with an explanation. It is mentioned that showing arrogance without clearing has affected the party itself .

He was in charge of daily work as the National Treasurer of the party, but spent most of his time in other countries including the United States of America, Qatar, did not give time for the daily activities of the party, did not participate in important meetings and functions, did not attend the Central Secretariat meeting for months, and while working as the treasurer of the non-resident Madhesi association and party, did not give accounts, manipulated accounts and showed false accounts every time.

In the House of Representatives election 2079, the candidate Dr. Jayakant Raut and President Dr. Treasurer Yadav is accused of playing a role with the aim of defeating Sike Raut and repeating the same role in Bara elections.

Janmat Party is sending a letter to give an explanation. Sike Raut has alleged that it appeared. 

"All the accusations against me are false", Yadav said, "I am the founder of the party, I have invested since the independent Madhesh alliance, I have done the expenses, and it is not right to ask for rights"? asked if it was burnt?' 

Raut's reality will now be known by common people, he says. 

He said, "Sike Raut's intention is to see only himself as good and others as dishonest, except me, no one's money has been spent on party building". I am a donor in the party since 2009. After winning, he tried to marginalize me.'

He said that wherever he was accused of buying a house, it was all his personal investment. He says that he has already invested more than five crores in the party.
