Police have arrested an operator who has been running a hospital illegally for a long time in Chandrapur-4 Chandranigahpur of Rautahat.

Rajan Sah, the owner of the Civil Human and Research Center Chandranigahpur, was arrested by the police on Monday morning, who was found to be unregistered when the Chief Minister of the Madhes government, Satish Kumar Singh, checked on him last Saturday. The hospital was given a letter by the monitoring team including Chief Minister Singh to operate only after registering the hospital. 

Deputy Superintendent of Police Rajkumar Rai informed that Sah was arrested on Monday because he disobeyed the letter and opened the hospital. DSP Rai said that he was arrested because he disobeyed the letter and operated the hospital. 

Chief Minister Singh inspected 11 private hospitals in Chandranigapur last Saturday. It was found that 10 hospitals were not registered. Santosh Thakur, member secretary of the monitoring committee, informed that only Chandrapur Hospital Pvt. DSP Rai informed that Highway Trauma Hospital and Research Center Pvt Ltd, Civil Human and Research Center, Public Life Care Polyclinic, Apollo City Hospital, Chapur City Hospital, Himalaya Polyclinic, Chandrapur, Community Hospital, Namaste Dental Clinic, Chandrapur Orthopedic Hospital and Chandrapur Akha and Dental Treatment Center monitored by Chief Minister Singh are now closed.
