The Indian police have arrested two persons with marijuana smuggled in a car to India from the Bhithamod border in Mahottari.

Indian security police detained 2 people with 73 kg of marijuana in Dasgaja area from a car sent to India after being checked by the armed police and Nepal police at the Nepal-India border.

India Baluwahi Hanumannagar-5 Bhuthi's Dev Shankar Kumar and Rabani Ansari were arrested by the Indian police with 73 kilograms of ganja.  2 people were arrested with ganja from car number BR 01 BY 8508 which was going to India from Janakpur via Bhithamod.

Armed Police Inspector of Bhithamod BOP Khambaraj Bhandari said that cannabis was seized from the car at the check post while entering India from Nepal. Bariyarpur of Sitamarhi, India, was arrested by the Indian police while taking marijuana from Janakpur.
