Parsa police have arrested three people on the charge of murdering a friend. Those arrested are 19-year-old Mukesh Prasad Yadav, Arun Kumar Yadav and Muna Tiwari of Ward No. 27 of Virgunj Metropolitan City of Parsa.
According to the police, it has been revealed that they killed their friend Ishal Prasad Kurmi. According to the details of the incident, Ishal Prasad Kurmi and his neighbor friends went to play Tas when there was a dispute over money. During this dispute, Mukesh Prasad Yadav, Arun Kumar Yadav and Muna Tiwari together killed Ishal Prasad Kurmi and threw him into the Vedaha river.
According to Gautam Mishra, Chief Superintendent of Police, District Police Office, Parsa, on February 7, Birgunj Metropolitan City Ward no. Ishal Prasad Kurmi, the 19-year-old son of Jogindra Prasad Kurmi, who lives at 27 Udaipur Ghurmi, had left home saying he was going to work. But after he did not return home even late at night, the family filed an application at District Police Office Parsa on February 8th. After the
application was registered, the police found Ishal Prasad Kurmi's body floating in the Vedaha river on February 11. During the investigation by the police, Ishal Prasad Kurmi and his friends went to play Tas on 7th of February when there was a dispute about 3500 rupees and because of this he was killed.
The three arrested persons have been remanded for 6 days for the crime related to death and the necessary investigation is being carried out, the police said. The police said that they will provide more information about the incident and the progress of the investigation.
