Janakpur High Court has ordered on Tuesday in the name of Madhesh Province Chief Minister and Council of Ministers office to immediately maintain the fund account of the university, which is operated by the joint signature of the registrar and head of financial administration of Madhesh Agricultural University.

According to section 20 of the Madhesh Agricultural University Act 2079 (replacing the State Agricultural University Ordinance 2078) with a tenure of 5 years, it is mentioned in the order that Sri Bhagwan Thakur was found to be working in the post of registrar on Chait 13, 2078, after completing the process in accordance with section 24 of the Act, he was released from responsibility .

In the event that the registrar position is vacant or unable to carry out the responsibility due to any reason, according to section 23 of the Act, the Vice-Chancellor has the right to assign responsibility to someone and the operation of the fund account in Rule 188 of the Agricultural University Regulation 2080  registrar  The order mentions the relevance of the short-term order issued on February 6, 2081, from the perspective of the joint signature of and the head of financial administration. It is mentioned that the bench of Judge Narishwar Bhandari and Om Prasad Aryal of Janakpur High Court has continued the short-term interim order issued on February 6 until the writ is finally decided.
