The administrative and academic building of Madhesh Agricultural University located in Rajviraj, Saptari, was opened by the deputy professors and staff on Saturday.

In the all-party-all-party discussion held at the District Coordination Committee Saptari, the agitating party opened the lock after agreeing to request the Madhesh provincial government and the chancellor and vice-chancellor of the university to provide salaries and allowances for the assistant professors and employees and to request the provincial government to solve other problems of the university through the Senate meeting. 

Chief Minister and Chancellor of the University Satish Kumar Singh, who was present for a short time in the discussion, expressed his commitment to take a concrete decision to solve the problem at the meeting of the Senate on February 20. 

Deputy professors and employees working at Madhesh Agricultural University said that they have not received their salary since last August  Education was affected after the administrative and academic buildings were locked.
