UML Deputy Secretary General Pradeep Gyawali has accused the Maoist Chairman Pushpa Kamal Dahal of having an affair with the royalists. In a press conference held on Saturday at Rajviraj in Saptari, Gyawali accused Maoist Chairman Dahal Rajawadi of falling out with him for his own interests.
Alleging that some parties and characters are again trying to cause instability in the country, he said that the Maoist chairman is at the forefront.
'Until he was in the government, he (Dahal) saw the country's economy as good, the country was moving forward on the path of development, he used to talk about the country being a developing country,' said Gyawali, 'but from the day after he left the government, he started making very irresponsible statements.'
In Koshi province, the provincial assembly together with them named Koshi. However, now they have started to join hands with the identityists again for their interests . There has been an increase in hostility with the royalists,' said Gyawali, 'How can power be changed at all times, instead of the agenda of development, it has been a matter of continuously cultivating power and cultivating instability.'
Clarifying that the Land Ordinance has been introduced to ensure the fundamental rights granted by the Constitution to every citizen, Gyawali said that although some voices of disagreement have been heard regarding the Land Ordinance recently, the party that is on the side of the oppressed should not oppose the Land Ordinance. "Do you want the landless to remain landless forever, do you want to see them sitting on the side of the road wearing sacks," he said, "those who oppose the land ordinance will be burned by the pain of the landless." Alleging that by bringing the
ordinance, the government has started allocating government forest, national park reserve land and spreading confusion, he claimed that this ordinance was brought to provide housing rights to four lakh landless people.
