The Ministry of Education and Culture of Madhesh Province has simultaneously announced the recruitment of a large number of volunteer teachers. Acting Secretary of the Ministry of Education, Dilip Kumar Thakur, said that on January 30, recruitment for volunteer teachers was called for.
The Ministry of Education has issued a public call for the recruitment of 20 Nepali teachers, 40 English teachers, 42 mathematics teachers and 30 science teachers.

The annual approved program of the Ministry of Education has requested 132 volunteer teachers for secondary level classes 9 and 10 for conducting the volunteer teacher program. Interested teachers are requested to fill the application form and submit it to the ministry in Janakpur within 15 days.
The criteria for volunteer teachers is that they must be 18 years old and not over 40 years old, have completed graduation or equivalent training in a related subject and have a permanent teaching permit of the relevant level from the Teachers Service Commission.
