After the controversy, the Madhesh state government withdrew the language bill

The Madhesh state government has withdrawn the bill presented in the state assembly for working language on Friday. After the language-related bill got into controversy, the state government presented a proposal to withdraw the bill in the state assembly meeting on Friday.

The motion to withdraw the bill was unanimously passed when Speaker Ramchandra Mandal presented it for decision. The Office of the Chief Minister and Council of Ministers wrote a letter to the State Assembly Secretariat on Friday regarding the withdrawal of the Bill. The letter written by the Chief Minister's office said, "As the bill brought for the working language of the province has been withdrawn from the meeting of the Council of Ministers, it is requested to make arrangements accordingly. 

Education Minister Rani Kumari Tiwari presented a proposal to withdraw the bill presented for the working language of the state in a meeting on Friday. Minister Tiwari herself presented the bill on the language of government employees of the province in the meeting last Wednesday.

Most of the parliamentarians who spoke in the state assembly meeting on Thursday protested that many languages ​​were missing from the language bill. Protests were being made in the state assembly meeting and outside as Tharu and Magahi languages ​​were not included in the bill.
