One person has died in a jeep accident in Gulmi, while the driver and co-driver are absconding. Sudip Nepali, 16, of Tamghas died when a jeep (Lu 1 Ja 1528) coming from Resunga to Tamghas crashed at 2:30 pm last night, informed Birendra Bir Bishwakarma, Information Officer of the District Police Office, Gulmi.
Arjun Budhathoki, 17, Ganesh Pariyar, 18, and Ayush Gaire, 18, who live in Tamghas, are injured. They are from Naobahini in Pyuthan, Bhimgithe in Baglung, and Tamghas in Gulmi, respectively. Efforts are being made to bring the absconding driver and co-driver under control, the District Police Office, Gulmi has said.
According to initial information received from the police, they had left Resunga around 8/9 pm.
