The Health Insurance Board District Liaison Office, Gulariya, has honored three outstanding registration assistants. On the occasion of the 10th Health Insurance Day, the Liaison Office honored three outstanding registration assistants on Wednesday.
Krishna Sunar, registration assistant of Gulariya Municipality-4, Sharada Rana of Ward No. 6, and Sugandha GC of Barbardiya Municipality-6 were honored for their excellent work in their respective fields.
The honorees were jointly presented with certificates by the Chief of the District Coordination Committee, Surya Bahadur Bista, and Deputy Chief, Amita Kumari Yadav.
There are 82 registration assistants across the district, said Dikendra Bahadur Bista, coordinator of the Health Insurance Board District Branch Office, Gulariya. According to him, there are a total of 48,789 insured households in the district, and the total number of insured persons is 161,890. ‘Out of which, 30,983 insured households are currently active,’ he said.
