Work is currently underway on the Daunne section under the Butwal-Narayangadh road expansion. The Road Department has banned freight vehicles from operating at night from Friday night until Chaitra 20 and allowed only passenger and essential vehicles to operate. However, passengers are in trouble as the road was flooded and buses could not operate due to overnight rain.
