In Rupandehi-4 constituency, Kanhaiya Baniya of the National Independent Party has been elected with 28,066 votes. CPN (UML) candidate Pramod Kumar Yadav has received 20,262 votes.
According to Election Officer Top Bahadur Bista, Nepali Congress candidate Ashutosh Mishra received 15,613 votes. Out of a total of 116,172 voters in that constituency, 76,812 votes were cast.
