Police said that both the seriously injured were taken to the Rapti Institute of Health Sciences in Ghorahi for treatment and were declared dead by doctors.
Two people have died in a motorcycle accident in Dang. Two people were killed when a motorcycle, Lupra 02-001 Pa 1102, heading from Ghorahi to Tulsipur, crashed into a river in Ghorahi Sub-metropolitan City-16, Dang on Monday morning.
According to DSP Resham Bohara, Information Officer of the District Police Office, Dang, the motorcycle went out of control and fell from the under-construction bridge in the Sewakhola.
The motorcycle driver, Gyanendra Budhathoki, 28, of Rolpa Triveni Rural Municipality-7, and Kamal Wali, 39, of Tulsipur Sub-metropolitan City-17, who was riding the same motorcycle, died in the accident, DSP Bohara said.
Both the seriously injured were taken to the Rapti Institute of Health Sciences in Ghorahi for treatment, but the doctors declared them dead, according to the police.
