4,580 security personnel will be mobilized in Bardiya for the House of Representatives elections on February 21.

The District Administration Office has stated that the Nepal Army, Armed Police Force and Nepal Police have been deployed for the election.

The election police will be deployed within a week after the training is completed. Chief District Officer Gogan Bahadur Hamal said that the maximum number of election police personnel will be 2,250 and Nepal Police personnel will be deployed for election security. Similarly, he said that 755 Armed Police Force personnel and 400 army personnel will be deployed for election security.

According to the District Election Office, the work of collecting details of teachers and employees, except for the exemptions, has been completed for voting. The Election Office has the highest number of teachers deployed for voting. 2,634 teachers and 1,991 employees will be deployed for voting.

Bardiya Constituency No. 1 has 75 polling stations and 199 polling stations, said Anup Dhakal, Information Officer of the District Election Office. Constituency No. 2 has 188 polling stations and 79 polling stations. He said that the polling stations for the 2079 House of Representatives elections have been kept unchanged.
